Yasumasa Tsuchida was promoted to Vice president Chief of production department Executive secretary at meeting of stockholders.Additionally, Yukio Furihata (Manufacture Division, the manager of water meter factory) and Yukio Kobayashi (Deputy chief of production department) are named as executives.
